  I got treated very rudely and barked at by multiple people working at the store, so much that people in line felt sorry for me as I left. I called the store to report the issue to the manager, talked to a lady who said she was the manager but refused to give me her name. She would not acknowledge my complaint and started yelling at me, similar to what I received at the store.

  All the associates at the Sevierville, Tn. location are friendly and very helpful, always willing to go beyond when extending their customer relations. Carol, Walt and Vaughn really care about their customers.

  I've had a mailbox at that store for over six years Carol Walt, and Vaughn are always incredibly helpful. I am a disabled vet. If I could not carry package to the car they would carry it for me I find them to be very honest and trustworthy on sending packages they have checked and found lost packages and missing packages for me that I could not locate

  RUDEST MANAGER EVER! Avoid this store. When I called to find out why I was charged a "shipping service" Carol told me that it was to put tape on the box. When I acted surprised that I was charged for 1 piece of tape she told me that her tape "is not free" and that she was the manager and to deal with it. When I said that her customer service was very poor and that I wanted to speak to a manager, she said "oh well" and that "she was the manager" so there was no one else that I could speak to. I will never be shipping anything at this store again. What horrible customer service. Not the way to gain business in a small town.
